越减越肥, this is what I put as my personal message to my contacts in my MSN list. How much have I cut down or have I grown fatter? I DON'T KNOW. I only know I avoid eating starch food, go for yoga, rope-skipping and that's it! My weight doesn't go down! Ok, ok, well...... Go down for 2kg....... ONLY!!!!!!!!!!! Hope there's someone telling me what weight should I have for 164cm.......
Sometimes I do join the Aerobics session too. But I still prefer yoga. Cuz yoga trains my muscles and I can slim down my stomach, thighs, calves and arms. And I also recommend those hot-tempered ones should try yoga cuz it trains your EQ too. For example, when I can't make it to stay too long for the pose, I still have to force myself to do it. It's like a war between me myself and my determination. Feel good!

My mum asked me wear like my teachers. Oh please! I won't! I need confidence before I dare~
