Memories of Romance (Cont)

Finally, I've got some time to tidy up the photos and post it here. I'm sure you all have been waiting for it. It was Swinburne Prom 2008 with the theme "Memories of Romance".

Sung and gf

Food. I only manage to capture this one cuz it came first. The rest I was busy watching performance and forgot to take pics.

Sung and family

Johnson and Naomi, Prom King and Queen of the night. I was searching for Naomi's blogs since that night she mentioned she like blogging. And now I've found it!

We looked close? Nope~ I first saw Helen in Rach's birthday. We only had cup of tea one time, 2-3 times of badminton.

Boon and me

Emily so cute posing like this.

I'm the one drawing the star on Jeff's face! How talented I am!! *Hiak*

Nice shot, Emily~

How different I am from other girls, right? A lot of ppl took pic with me...... Saying I'm cool. Does this also mean "Hey you, wearing sth incorrect to prom"? Anyway, I felt comfortable with the wearing. At least I no need to remove my leg's hair last minute. Wakaka.

Oh No! I'm wrong!

Oh no! I never know there' s dress code for prom night! What I've searched in internet is mostly about high school Prom Night in US, England, Canada etc. I'm not sure if Sarawak here do adopt the dress code in prom nights~

------------------------------------------------

Boys Formal Dress: Formal prom attire may be classified as a tuxedo or dress suit, including a tie, bow tie, a turtle neck, a shirt, which may include a vest or cummerbund. Shirts are to be worn at all times. Dress shoes must be worn while in any public building. Tennis shoes and athletic shoes are unacceptable.

Girls' Dress: Dresses may be strapless or include spaghetti straps. Bare or open backs are acceptable. However, bare abdomens or bare midriffs are not permitted. Foot apparel must be worn at all times. Undergarments should not be visible. See-through apparel and dresses with slits that are above the mid-thigh are not permitted. Garments that are tight or low-cut are also unacceptable.

-------------------------------------------------

What if I don't wear dress? Can I wear like what the boys are wearing? Ladies in Texas are considered as 'formal' right? Don't you feel ladies in Texas look cool and trendy?

For me, I think ladies are to wear dresses so that it looks harmony when dancing with guys in prom. But I'm not going to dance that night, so can I wear pants?

Can I wear as simple as these? >>>>>

p/s: I'm crazy to go beyond the rules.
